A Saint known as Langta Baba, who had been living since long and after his death his Samadhi has been formed at Kharagdiha, 2km away from the college and as such the college has been formed in the name of The Great Saint ‘Langta Baba’.

First Temporary Affiliation- 1988 and finally permanent affiliated to Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribagh. Situated on the way of Jamua- Deoghar, under Giridih district. Distance from Dist. Main Office and Jamua Block office is 32km and 3.5km respectively.
